When you are ready to make a reservation, click on “On-line Reservation” button. Enter your login
and password. Select the following options:
Make a reservation (Trip Planner)
(To make a new reservation)
Enter arrival and departure dates
Enter number of adults and children
Select one or all of the following:
Will you be needing airline reservation?
Enter city of departure
Indicate whether you will be returning immediately or travel to another island
Select flight of choice
Repeat these steps for each island
Will a hotel room be needed?
Select 1st island to visit
Select area where hotel is located
Select hotel of choice
Select category and number of rooms
(System will advise availability)
“Availability confirmed” – book room as confirmed
“Availability on Waitlist Only” – book room unconfirmed *
*Confirmation or advise of unavailability to be advised by our Sun
Islands Hawaii staff
Repeat these steps for each island in itinerary

(To make a new reservation – codes needed)
Select type of service
AIR
Hotel Accommodations
Rental Cars
Transfers
Tours and Activities
(System will advise availability)
Select service(s)
Select “Book More” to enter codes or additional services
Select “Let’s Go” to finalize
Enter passenger names
Receive your booking reference number

A Sun Islands Hawaii Reservation Department staff will advise final confirmation by email or
fax to your Reservation Department.
